I didn't post our menu plan yesterday because for some reason I was having a mental block with regard to our menu. I wasn't feeling inspired and was having a hard time thinking of meals. So after giving it some thought this morning, here is our plan...
Monday
Easter leftovers!
Tuesday
Carbonara, salad or veggie
Wednesday
Chicken chili, cornbread muffins
Thursday
Apricot chicken, brown rice, carrots
Friday
We'll be leaving in the afternoon to go to Manitowoc for the weekend!

I hope all those people waiting for your weekly menu plan didn't go hungry on Monday :)
If you guys are free for dinner (or make it here by then), do you like venison steaks? We have quite a few and wanted to grill them on Friday since the weather forecast is so nice! Just let us know :)
